Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by G&O Waterproofing Inc. ("G&O Waterproofing," "we," "us," or "our"), including estimates, waterproofing and coating services, and communications sent by phone, text message, or email. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or replying to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
1.Our Services
G&O Waterproofing provides residential and commercial waterproofing services in the greater Los Angeles area, including balcony, deck, rooftop, patio, pool deck, and staircase waterproofing using fiberglass systems and protective coatings. Estimates, scheduling, and service details are provided based on the information you share with us.
2.Text Messaging Terms
What messages you'll receive
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from G&O Waterproofing, including messages sent by our AI-assisted phone system ("Receptionist"), for the following purposes:

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and typically does not exceed 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us directly at (323) 220-5119 or estimate@gnowaterproofing.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier participation and message reliability are not guaranteed.
3.Scheduling & Cancellations
Estimates and service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a visit so we can offer that time to another customer.
4.Estimates & Payment
Estimates are provided based on the information and property access available at the time of inspection; final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ once work begins. Payment terms, including deposits and invoicing, will be provided in your service agreement or contract.
5.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, G&O Waterproofing's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
7.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
